Azure Web App

Most of small, medium and big clients want to run their web sites without really going through a pain of procuring and provisioning actual hardware, software and networking.

Azure Web app is a service offering from Microsoft Azure to solve above problem so that customers can focus only on websites rather and underlying painful logistics.

The Web Apps feature of Microsoft Azure App Service lets you rapidly build, deploy and manage powerful websites and web apps using .NET, Node.js, PHP, Python, Java and also support PowerShell and other languages

Azure App Services also  features mobile apps, APIs and logic apps that enable additional apps and devices more securely.

Azure Web app is a one of oldest PaaS service provided by Microsoft Azure, it provides service for hosting your website or web application.

The actual compute and storage resources like CPU, memory, Disk in virtual machines (VMs) are hidden or isolated from end users. Capacity of these resources depends on the pricing tier you choose.

Support for High availability: Azue Web apps supports Highly available and go redundant web sites.
